The hotel enjoys good access to public transport. I found the staff attentive . My room had a functional layout. The shower worked well with sufficient water pressure.
I noticed limited wardrobe space in my room, making it a little difficult to unpack efficiently.

The room felt cramped, like they shrunk it while I was out. No room to put my suitcase, so I basically lived out of it on the floor. What a joy.

the location was good near the aldgate underground station the staff were friendly and helpful. the room included toiletries a hairdryer and a tv.
there were no blackout curtains light poured into the room through the curtain waking us up early the office block opposite looks directly into the room. the room was not hoovered properly on arrival there were many toenails on the floor visible at eye height.

the location was good.
the room was very small, and i was unable to unpack my luggage properly.. the room lacked storage, with only two small hanging rails available. there was also no room safe, and cold water was only accessible from the bar at a cost.
